Kettlebelltrainer has over 25 years training experience working with many elite athletes from diverse sporting backgrounds. As well as coaching at an elite level, we have also performed as athletes at an elite level and understand what it takes to be the best!

We recognise the need for high-level interactive training courses to develop Personal Trainers and Sport Coaches, Aspiring Athlete abilities to the next level. We also strongly believe in quality, which is why our training courses are limited to 10 people per course, as this enables KBT to provide excellent instruction using one instructor per 3 students which provides optimal focus for our students.

Mariusz Pudzianowski
Mariusz Pudzianowski has been involved in strength sports since the December of 1990. At the young age of 16, he entered his first national bench press competition and managed to press 160kg (353lb). Two years later, Mariusz joined the four-wheel club with a 205kg (452lb) lift. His domination of the Polish Championships in the four years that he entered would be the beginning of a pattern of victories that would lead him to become the Word's Strongest Man in 2002.

Sugdenbarbell
Originally formed as a small group of powerlifters in a Manchester gym, Sugden Barbell is now establishing itself as an online lifting community, mainly focusing on powerlifting, strongman and olympic lifting. We have a strong base of North West members.

Terry Hollands
Terry Hollands became Britain's Strongest Man in 2007. In the same year he achieved third place in the World's Strongest Man competition - the first time a Britain had achieved a top-three place for more than a decade.

Welsh Powerlifting
The purpose of this site is to provide information on the sport of powerlifting, to provide a quick overview of the different powerlifting federations that can be found in Wales and to provide information and support to members of both the WPU and WSA. The site will also provide information on all forthcoming competitions in all the federations and will provide links to all national and international competition results as they become available.
